APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are made in advance by reserving the appropriate time slot(s) to accommodate you and the treatment or consultation to be performed. As a courtesy, our staff makes an effort to call and remind each client 2-4 days in advance of their scheduled appointment. Artisan, therefore, requires at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments as it is then unlikely that we can fill your abandoned appointment slot.
Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment without proper notice are subject to a $50.00 fee to offset the lost production time. Optionally, management reserves the right to subtract treatments from a purchased package due to abandoned appointments. This policy and fee may also be applied to clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, as well as to clients who do not show up at all.
